Got so many compliments the first day I carried it 😭 strap doesn't dig into your shoulder even when it's full. The color is exactly like the pictures, not washed out.

Shipping took about 14 days to reach me so don't panic if it's not instant — worth the wait though. Roomier than I expected. Only knocking one star because I wish it came in more colors!

Skeptical at first — now I have two

Shipping was fine + bigger than it looks
Saw a couple people worried about wait times so wanting to reassure — mine arrived in 10 days, tracked the whole way, and came packaged really carefully so nothing was crushed. The thing that shocked me most is how much it actually holds. It looks compact in photos but the inside is deceptively roomy; I fit everything I'd normally cram into a tote.
